Thomas Daugherty is a highly experienced and dedicated professional with over 30 years of expertise in health, wellness, and fitness training. As a Traditional Yang Tai Chi instructor and a Board Certified Tai Chi for Health Institute Instructor, he has carefully honed his skills and knowledge in the art of Tai Chi. Thomas holds a B.S. in Sports and Health Sciences (currently in graduate school with a focus on exercise and chronic disease) and possesses multiple professional certifications in the field. He is a student of 5th generation Lineage head Master Cui Zhongsan of Beijing, China and Mirriam Holland of Atlanta, GA, the founder of Mei Zhong Tai Chi. Additionally, Thomas is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified personal trainer.
